they say people will hear it in your voice if you are smiling when you answer the phone. so do you smile? i don't usually, because i am usually grouchy when i answer the phone. hihihi sorry...

bobcynch Yap. I do smile everytime I answer the phone because I beleive that they can hear it even if they can't see me smiling. Besides,smiling exercises our facial muscles and it reduces frown lines on our face. Keep smiling even if you're not seen by other people....
