breakingpots I don't spend my money on beer, mad dog wine, cigarettes, or gambling. I don't own a television of any kind, nor do I own a cellphone. I walk most places, unmless I get my nephew to take us to the doctor. And I'm still not rich.

breakingpots For me it comes through cutting out sweets and increasing exercise. I do more crunches. I need to get back to my yoga since it always makes me feel better in mind and body.

breakingpots The strap on the Wii control is very important. A friend of mine wasn't using his strap and his Wii controller flew out of his hand and hit his girlfriend in the face, breaking her nose and smashing her face up real bad.

breakingpots Why not? It's fun. I do it when I'm not upset, too. It's just fun and it doesn't hurt anyone. I just have to make sure that my eyes are protected from any flying shards. You should try it sometime. It's very relaxing.

breakingpots I have found that one of the greatest stress relievers I have is breaking stuff. I love breaking pottery, light bulbs, jars, and stuff like that. I don't know why, but it makes me feel good and calms me.
