buckiem Stop wearing extra clothing going to bed then you won't wake up in a sweat, the bed may be cold when you first get into it but it soon gets warm and if you are wearing extra clothing that will make you sweat.

buckiem I am that person who has the nightmares and yes my husband wakes me up which I am normally very grateful for as when these nightmares happen it actually feels like you are there and it is really frightening so I am always grateful he wakes me out of the dream....
