Bux.to - Problem loading page?

Is anyone else having problems logging in to bux.to today? I have not been able to even load the page at all today. I don't understand what's going on :-/

buxto01 December 16 , 2009. Since Friday December 8, 2009, buxto site is not loading. It is not working at all. what is going on. Are these the issues of last year back again? How do we contact the admin?
