Heather Hall @MusicalCatBird (58) • La Jolla, California 12 Jul 17

I am really missing my bed right now! I get 8 hours of sleep every night and 12 hours on the weekend. I was told that some people can even function with 5 hours of sleep!! How many hours do you need to feel rested?

How long can an adult survive without food and water

Walter Archibong @Freshfarms (11) 2 Aug 17

I am deep in the imagination of my mind, and I am wondering how long an adult can survive without food and water. What really keeps us alive, food or our minds?
