NJ Chicaa @MarieCoyle I can't say that I was a huge fan like I said in terms of music but that was simply because I haven't heard much. I love love love Steel Magnolias though and admire her good deeds. What a good heart she had.

NJ Chicaa I'm no expert. But in theory vitamin B is necessary to build hemoglobin which is the molecule on red blood cells that "holds" onto the O2. Oxygen is used to burn nutrients for energy so more oxygen should provide more energy. Like I said I'm no expert though....
