Some people discourage their kids to have packed lunch in their schools. But I think it shouldn’t be. Why? It is far better to have a slow food than having junk foods. School canteens can provide healthy food for the kids....

September 1st.. first day of the beginning of the "ber" months.. I'm back again after a few months of being absent.. and nothing is much interesting for that past months... I don't even feel any excitement in terms of the fast...

katrine He's fine. He's been assigned in another province .. The other day we were just having private convo via fb Msgr and he said he was fine. An hour later they were attacked.. But hes okay..hell be going back to his original assignment after a week..
