What do you do when you feel sad?

Asking for help to god aka pray .... or play out of the house for refreshing, .. remove all sense of sadness, do not maintain sadness. Later I was able to stress .. What about you?

carleneasis For me, When I feel sad. I just sit down and be silent. I find silence very great and refreshing. It's like giving yourself time to be with yourself. Usually, I would pray to GOD and ask for His guidance. When you feel sad, remember that it's your chance...
