Can you touch your toes?

Can you be doing down and touch your toes without bending your knees? Although im not overweight I don't have the flexibility to do this. I struggled to do this even as a child!! Can you do this?

Carolina Soldati I can, flexibility is very important and I encourage you to stretch every day! You can include it in your morning and evening routine, you'll soon see improvements!
