marijuana plant, what to do

I just found a marijuana plant growing in my mulch. I am assuming that someone dropped a seed that was at my daughter's party. I am not sure what to do with it though. Can i have some suggestions for how to handle this situation...

charliesmith Believe me, it is marijuana, it looks identical to a pot plant and it even smells like it. I am 99% sure that it is a marijuana plant
