Should I not eat for 24 hours?

I haven't made up my mind yet. It's 12.30am here and I can't decide if it should be the start of my fasting. Initially, I had 3 days in mind. Yes, I meant to fast for 3 consecutive days but I would drink plain water (no juice)....

cherryxiaowan maybe not that much hard to have a try with 24 hours fast, but just wondering we may cant controll to eat too much after the fasting ended...
