Can any1 tell me what can i do to get my insomia cured? i cant sleep at almost 4 am in the morning and when im about to sleep i cant coz the sun is already rise... can somebody help me?? i tried everything, i drink tons and tons...

the first time i saw jlo was in her movie Selina, she was so young then and of course beautiful as ever...a multi-talented singer who done many movies and music video.
