ciennabelle oh my thanks babyjane. i think i should really include hot tea before and after meals. i've been to china and our tour guide said it's good for digestion and health too specially if i'm on a diet. wish me luck haha...

i think credit cards are a very big scam, they tempt people to use them with 6/9 monthe interest free credit and it put people in serious debts because of it, this is how the banks in the world make money
