cinster19 YES, INTERNATIONAL BUYERS CAN BUY IF THERE IS A PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD USER. I DID THIS & IT WORKED, NOT THAT I LIVE INTERNATIONALLY B.C. I LIVE IN THE U.S.
