clutterbug That's a good point about disability. I don't think SS will be there for me either. I'm 51 years old, and it's still too far away. God willing we'll all be okay, and survive just fine. Thank you for your comment, I appreciate it much.

clutterbug You can skip the parsley, just use your imagination with whatever you're craving. We even used a little spinach once, and it was very tasty. You could use a little canned carrots for sweetness and color, Good luck with the hummus!
