The tree and grass pollens are extremely high in my part of the US right now. My face is swollen out of shape and it's noticeable from a distance... I've been coughing and sneezing for the last few days and my throat feels raw....

Heather Echola The weather apps all keep telling me that pollen counts are really high. I got a sore throat, stuffy nose, ear ache and all of that nonsense. I hope it goes away soon.

Heather Echola Right now I am not taking any presccriptions at all except a muscle relaxer as needed. I try to stay very aware of side effects. Most of the meds I have taken made me hurt in my bones and muscles.
