cmyblueeyes2 Sorry folks I left out an ingredient in my breakfast smoothie. I always add a few sliced almonds too...for the added protein a a good source of fat, plus all the other good thinks almonds are good for. Duh.

I Just watched a two part episode where Nick was kidnapped and buried alive. This has probably got to be the best episode I have ever seen. No scratch that comment, It IS the best episode I've ever seen!
