HELP!!! What can I do to get rid of the cravings for pop?

I am horribly addicted to pop, namely pepsi, and I don't know how to stop drinking it. I'm over weight to start with and I know that pop does not help, not to mention it really is not good for me. Has anyone had this problem...

coyotemist For some reason if I eat a pickle when I am craving sugar, the craving goes away! I don't know why.
