cpmom3 ive sold stuff i think sometimes its the timing in which you sell it like if you want to sell a prom dress try and sell them closer to april when people are looking for dresses or if selling an electronic sell it towards the end of the week b/c most people...

cpmom3 you only need a debit/credit card if your opening a sellers account you shouldnt need one if you just want to sign up to bid on stuff
