How do you deal with the depression of other people? I've had depression in my life and I found it harder when my friends told me that I can't be depressed and I need to 'snap out of it'. I think the best support I've got are...

crysstal hi lore, i am a counsellor. but i have also struggled with mild depression for lots of different reasons, mainly relationship issues. if you need to chat i'm here for you.
