It is believed or mostly now a routine that we should feed at least thrice a day,but who said that should be the routine? can't we go extreme to consume more? or less for that matter....wat if you have too much that you cant...

curtisokemo yes am talking about our daily meals,i totally agree with you about teenagers but who blames them thats a stage that we must undergo.but how do we explain the cause to obesity?
