It has been really helpful in my case. We have fun as a group and Lo! we are working on our weight too. Isn't it great? I have lost a few inches around my waistline. Feels good.

I have watched this wonderful movie a couple of times and I'm still not tired of it. I like the song `...these are a favourite things'. It really does make me feel better.
