Know of any weekend spiritual retreats?

I need to be quiet. No phones, cars, e-mail- A retreat in the mountains with monks chanting would be nice. Just 3 or 4 days Does anyone know of a place like this?

weekend 2-4 days in a monastic setting.

I am in great need of peace and silence. Is there a monastery in within 100 miles of NYC that allows this.
