me I understand, however here the minimum wage for regular hourly workers is more then for wait Staff and other tip workers receive. That is done because it is supposably balanced out.

me We have hourly minimum wage here and a different minimum wage for the Wait Staff and other jobs that receive tips such as hairdressers, etc. However those jobs mimimum wage is lower then the other jobs.
