what is ur computers configuration

we use computer daily but how many of us know exactly the hardware configuration.SO friends every one tell ur computer hardware configuration like its speed,RAM,hardisk capacity etc... Mine is 256 MB RAM 2.4GHZ 40GB...

how to sleep without tension under tension!!

Iam unable to sleep these days because of certain reasons of depressions etc,so help me out as to how to sleep with peace even under tensions..is there any exercise or any medicine or anything...
