There are some people who avoid confrontation because they don't want argument and don't want to be involve and get hurt. They fear that the person might hate her/him for doing that, so they rather to be quite and be safe. But...

dviler6 a confrontation can be weird..the other person,for one thing,might not be able to take it at face value..he might misunderstand your intentions and you might mar your relationship for all times to come..a closure is not good all the time.you need to be sure...

dviler6 depression does occur sometimes. but keepin oneself bussy with frends and work can really easy ones depression.. people need someone to talk to when they are depressed.. i kind of keep bussy myself in to avoid depresion...
