What's the best diet that worked for you?

I tried a lot of diet simply because I gain weight only in my tummy and my chin. lol. It looks weird. haha.. I'm slim all over yet I have a fat tummy and fat chin. Really ugly... haha... Just don't try to imagine...

einalem326 im also suffering from a hi blood pressure and hi cholesterol..but i feel better now..i jaz drink a nutrional drink called splina..it was made of chlorophyll..it is very effective, trusted and proven..
