emandi hmm. you do have a good point. i usually leave my face bare--eyeliner only--so maybe i'll try putting some powder on before the eyeliner. thanks for the tip :)

emandi I don't think Rimmel is available here.. though I should try my luck at it sometime. and I feel so ignorant for not ever hearing about waterproof eyeliner, lol. thanks for the tip!

emandi wow I didn't know they put wax in eyeliner.. I find liquid liners a bit more challenging to use but I suppose I should start practicing. the eyeshadow thing helps i guess but what i'm worried about is the undereye lol. thanks for the response :D
