ewd024 BMI of 18.3 kg/m^2 means normal weight -- oh im so envious of you ;-)mine is 28++ kg/m^2 -- long way to go!! ilove the fifth item you said. DONT GO ON DIETS because the body needs the sugar, salt and fat.. maybe ill just stick to the 1200calorie diet plan...
