Easy to get weed

Why is it easier for kids to get pot than to buy cigarettes? Shouldn't it be harder to get pot, than a pack of smokes

fbmbiker this is common sense because smokes you need and id for and weed you can get anywhere on the streets so its easy for little kids to get the hands on weed then smokes
