Back pain and what do you do about it

What do you do when you are in pain? I have had a pain in my back for the past 2 days. I have tried heat, and massage, but nothing seems to work. I barely can stand up straight.

I am at the end of my rope with my step son. He is rude,obnoxious and totally disobient. I am ready to end my marriage over him. whenever he is in trouble or things arent his way he throws a fit. He is more than anyone one person...

Does your number rating change when you post a lot of questions? I dont normally post questions, but I was curious to see the difference in pay from answering to just posting. But now my number went from 9 to 8. WHy?
