My Dog Always Have an Ear Problem

My dog King Charles Cavalier Spaniel had always have an ear problem I always bring it to the vet and I administer the medicine it will heal but the problem came back in a few months. Can this be permanently heal?

flora747 Yeah actually we can always see more share in others plate and less in ours... Truly speaking there are so many hairstyles which I think would look at me but frankly they look much much better than me on others. :(
