I'm 31 years old and I am overweight. I need to lose 10 kilos, can you please suggest a diet so that I can lose the weight fast? Do you know of diets that can help me lose 10 kilos in 1 week or 3 days? How about exercises indoors...

floresalex23 Yes, I am into pilates but the problem is that I don't have time, sometimes I can do it just once a week. Anyway, I'll try my best to set time for this and I hope I'll have the dedication I need to achieve the result I want.

floresalex23 Of course not, just got so curious why do you want somebody to do that for you. For $20? hey, I don't think somebody on her/his right mind would do that. How about you, would you take $20 to show off your body? If you don't then probably no one would. lol!
