american idol what is going on?

dreambark @dreambark (135) • United States 30 Mar 07

I can't believe it once again another idol was kicked off and we still have Sanjaya Malakar. He is personable and a cute kid but I really don't think he is taking this competition very seriously. It's like a game to him, a form of...

foxyvolcomgrl I have been a devoted american idol fan since season one. This season is a total disappointment for me. Sanjaya needs to go. I think america has changed the competition completely. It's become a teeny bopper popularity contest. How many 12 year old girls can...

lilttownmommie @lilttownmommie (1473) • United States 9 Dec 06

Has anyone ever truly craved pickles and ice cream during pregnancy? I would love to know. I am pregnant with #3 and this is the first time this has ever happened. I was sitting here eating some baby dill pickles when i all of...

foxyvolcomgrl I never craved pickles and icecream with my son, but I did crave fruit smoothies like they were going out of style! Also I craved bean and cheese burritos. I had one every day of my pregnancy. I'm surprised I didn't gain 80 lbs. Just a tidbit of...

How did you meet your partner?

linzmcwilliams @linzmcwilliams (1552) 4 Feb 07

I met my boyfriend of three years on a website called Elftown. We are from the same town and he had seen me walking home. He looked me up and we started chatting. By the middle of the week we were texting and we met at the...

foxyvolcomgrl I met my husband a little over 5 years ago. A friend of mine which I hadn't spoken to in over a year called me out of the blue, and said he and his buddy were gonna come over. I had been dumped by a bf the day before, and had NO interest in relationships at...

New Law : Dont smack your kids

mchoneyz @mchoneyz (35) • Australia 29 Jan 07

What do you think about the new law they are trying to bring in about not smacking your children? I dont beleive children should be smacked hard or all the time, but sometimes they need a little flick to get them back in order.

foxyvolcomgrl I think this law is ridiculous! I have a 4 month old son. He's too little to be smacked but by the time he's 2 or 3, what are the laws going to be then? I think that as a parent, our rights are being taken right out from under us. I understand they are...

I need your suggestions! Are Jacuzzi's ok for pregnant women?

celestial_fantasia @celestial_fantasia (620) • United States 2 Feb 07

My husband just got us a hotel room with a jacuzzi. It isn't the huge kind that are usually in hotel rooms, but a bigger version of a bathtub. When we go I will be about 7 months pregnant. I don't want to harm my baby in any way....

foxyvolcomgrl When I was pregnant with my son, I had the same question. My Midwife told me that a Spa/Hottub was too hot. You have a normal body temperature of 98.6(usually), the baby's body temperature is 2 degrees higher than that. The reason why it's dangerous is because...
