gardynne i hear yah, thats what i'm affraid off is how much money i'm gonna have to pull together to market my book. marketing online is great but you just have to have the right tools huh.

I love to cook and experience on new dishes but, the one dish i can never get to turn out juicy and moist is chicken breast, i've marinade it overnide in a special sauce, i've cooked it half way and slow cook it in the oven i mean...

gardynne yes, thats my main thing as well, i wanna be able to eat chicken breast like at restaurant, moist tender and juicy and i think i've found why i always come up with dry chicken breast, its because i don't cover them as much when i'm cooking like letting it...

gardynne good point, i hardly ever cover my chicken when i'm cooking and i usually cook it on high.

gardynne thanks nova but, any kind really, bake, fried, boiled, i just can't find the right tempature to cook it i guess.
