"chipmunks" in my speakers

i am having a hard time turning on my speakers without hearing what sounds like chipmunks in them. i have replaced the speakers but i still have the problem. my computer is only a year old. does anyone know what i can do to get...

gengkey Yeah, check your sound setting from control panel, maybe it can help.
