2 houses very different - which one would you pick ???

These two houses are on the same street. If this is what you had to pick from which would you pick?? Ask questions if you need to - to help you decide. Both are in fairly good conditon. Both will need a new roof in the next 3 to 5...

ghostwx i would go for the more expensive house due to the fact that you get more space for like 2k more. plus a finished basment and 2 full bathrooms. You cant beat that. By time you added on to the cheaper one you would be paying over 100k
