My pc is filled with trojans,vorms & Malwares..what should i do.?

I am using Avast full version 4.8 but it just detect viruses and insist me to send it to chest/vault but i am doing this since 3 days but nothing has changed and the viruses coming back again from the same location C:\documents...

glitzburn09 Try to use Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 or try to reformat your computer. For me, it is the best anti-virus that is available in the market today.
