godloves Over cooking is an issue w/ alot of foods I think. I just read a quote that said, the white mans skillet has killed more indians than alcohol. I like my foods in the freshest possible state & min processing.

godloves I was just reading that people with certain type blood...manely A & AB best avoid these type plants. The first poster sure does know alot that agrees with what I have read & heard.

godloves Thanks for the reply. Living in the country like memeber mentioned below is serene. I yearn for same type of walks...wheile al the while being thankful I can walk. Seems as if city folk need time in the country. I am a more 1 on 1 social type than big srange...
