halix2000 I should probably mention that you need to buy a phone set up to work on the MetroPCS network. VZW or Sprint phones are a no go.

halix2000 Yes it it possible. You will have to call/go to MetroPCS and have them change the EIN/MSID on the account to the new phone. She will have the same number, voicemail message. Sorry to hear it.
