i am not short temperd but still smetimess it goes off...i try sit n relax for smetime n drink cold water taking deep breathes....r plunge into cold water for smetime... anger is really a bad thing for health n also for life cos...

hansel_005 the best and easy way to manage anger is just close your eyes 4 some time and count 1 to 10 in your mind...or so think of some you like alot...just relax...

I love to eat ice creams when its a really sunny day and everything feels humid and glum. The other time i like having Ice creams is when its snowing...Usually when it snows it's not very cold and having Ice creams in the snow...
