my neighbors dogs are mean an they let them run loose when they go outside to do their thing {poop}.an everytime im outside their dogs try to bite me,i cant even go to the mail box or do any yard work. the neighbors are a few lots...

hare7734 No pls dont harm animals ..thats not correct according to the law..instead pls ur neighbour to take care of his dog..and go for a vetenarian..
