mybrowsercash advertisement with adsense on page

I want to know if it is fit to have advertise through mybrowsercash if the site is adsense enabled. Will it harm it or not? As i am viewing some sites doing this? is it good? or not tell me your suggestion should i advertise...

harish538 Which chrome version you using? there is no MORE EXTENSIONS in here mine is latest one. But i know that there is extension which can be found by app store whose link is always on chrome when one install it. Personaly i like the timeline but it is some waht...
