hawick well, if u really wana lose weight. just eat less, exercise more. never skip yr meals, but no supper. avoid fried/oily food. i think exercise is the best way to lose weight. cos i'd gone thru it. i was 77kg 4 years ago.

hawick i work 5 days a week, but for my job scope i normally work more than 8 hours a day, usually gotta work till late. sometimes even weekends gotta go back to work. but i will still prefer it to shift work.
