Does anyone use Twitter? It's a micro-blogging service that you use on your cell phone. It's also a free social networking tool. You can send text based posts up to 140 characters. Has anyone heard of it? Do you use Twitter?

Does anyone else exercise at work? When I'm the only one in the office, usually during lunch, I do knee bends and pushups. It just seems like a wonderful time to get in a little extra toning. I'm not an exercise nut, believe me....

healthy_lemon I used to be a member of pine cone research in the UK, I quit when I went into business but, the business didn't work out so I might join up again, they'd pay as in vouchers and once I'd tested product too, I agree they were friendly here.
