I am a really nice person, I do whatever I can to help people, my problem is that I am really shy. It is incredibly hard for me to inject myself into a new group of people. I constantly worry what they will think or if I will say...

henrywang You can inject new groups your friends have joined, so that you can talk something with yourfriends and other people will join in, and you'll get alone well with others.
