Nielsen Digital Voice scam?

Nielsen Digital Voice installs software and keeps track of what websites you visit and sells the info. You get entries into a contest as a result. My question is, has anybody ever used and been paid by them?

hlihl365 My Husband won $1,000 on there sweepstakes.. he received the notice in the mail and had to have a paper notized and then sent back to them.. they will send his check in 6-8 weeks. So will see..
