i hope so.I will try to make it a lifestyle to have a more healthy me. I plan to start the walking regimen tomorrow. wanna join? lets go lets walk.

hometypist11 I had been walking before, but haven't been for awhile. Sigh. Feel better when I do. It would be good to have a more healthy me, like you said. Sure, I'll walk with you lol. If you walk, so will I... :)
