Why do telemartketers constantly call even though told not too?

I have been calls from telemarketers at least once a day. I am on the do not call list. I have threatened to take them to court, i have done everything. Now it's gotten to the point where it rings twice and then they hang up right...

hulk101 Actually it's been proven otherwise. you can look in any sociology textbook and see many studies showing that men have less patience and stress management skills than women. But thanks anyway for the comment.
