What is the best way to trim belly fat?

Hi guys I'm 23yrs old and I've been working out for about 2yrs. My body is buff but I'm so lazy doing abs exercises what would be the easiest abs exercise but still easy to do specialy at home?

humanimal It's impossible to loose fat from one location only. Belly is the last place where it comes off. It's all about your calorie intake. If you want to loose fat, the energy deficiency should be about 250-500kcal in 24h. This way the muscle mass loss is...
